For lab heads

Every draft from your lab. Scored against the last.

Explore Science is an AI co-scientist for research groups. Each paper gets one Project: the manuscript, its reviews and every revision in one workspace. Upload a revision and the Calibre score shows what moved. Invite your students and co-authors to discuss the review and decide together how to address each issue.

Versions

Every version, scored

Upload a revision and see what moved the score.

  • Projects

One workspace for each paper: the manuscript, its reviews, materials and every revision.

  • Revisions graded against the last

Each revision gets a new review and a Calibre score against the version before it.

  • Teams and labs

Your group comments on the review and decides together how to address each issue.

  • A student's draft

Put a draft through a full review before it reaches your desk, then go through the findings together.

“A remarkable review of a complicated paper, especially noteworthy for the depth of the methodological comments. I do not often see reviews by statisticians that are as detailed.”
Philip Greenland, MDPhilip Greenland, MDSenior Editor, JAMA · Northwestern Medicine

FAQs

Can my whole lab work on one paper?
Yes. Each member signs in with their own account. Invite them to the project, and they can comment on the review and discuss it with you.
How does the score change between revisions?
Each revision gets a new review and a new Calibre score. The project shows what moved the score between versions.
Can I review a student's paper before they submit?
Yes. Upload the draft to a project and start a review. Invite the student, and you can go through the findings together.
Is my unpublished work used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are never used to train or fine-tune AI models. That is a contractual term in our terms of service.
